Rent an expo floor at Stand-On

Short answer: Renting an expo floor means that you rent a raised modular floor for an exhibition, event, or showroom period instead of purchasing it. In the Netherlands, Stand-On rents out the Stand-On Expo Floor directly, without intermediaries. If you decide to buy the floor after renting, the rental fee will be fully deducted from the purchase price, excluding transport costs.

When should you rent an expo floor?

Renting makes sense if you exhibit at a trade fair once or a few times a year, if you have no storage space, or if you first want to experience how a raised floor works.     This is what you rent at Stand-On, and how it works.

    What exactly do you rent?

    • Base tiles of 50 × 50 cm (1.5 kg), stackable
    • Cover plates with carpet, vinyl, wood, or a custom print. These make the floor 30 mm high.
    • Edges and ramps: a sloped ramp or aluminum finishing profiles
    • Optional LED lighting and AV tiles for extra cable space
    • Container boxes with wheels, for 25 m² (100 tiles) or 50 m² (200 tiles)

    How renting works

    1. Configure your floor in the configurator, or email the stand dimensions and the exhibition details to sales@stand-on.com.
    2. You will receive a customized quote.
    3. The floor is delivered in container boxes or on pallets.
    4. Install the floor yourself or have it installed for you.
    5. After the exhibition, the tiles are returned to the boxes.

    Expo floor for showroom and retail

    The floor is also rented for use outside of trade fairs, such as for a temporary showroom, a car presentation, or a shop-in-shop. See car platform and retail floor.

    From renting to buying

    Do you like the floor and do you exhibit more often? Then you can buy it after renting. The rental fee will be fully deducted from the purchase price, excluding transport costs. This allows you to test the floor at a real exhibition before you invest.
